Returns & Exchange
- Delivery/shipping policy: All items will be delivered within 4-7 working days . Items ordered on Friday or a national holiday will be delivered the next day. Please email us on (hello@havenlyseas.com) if you have experienced any delay in orders.
Pick-ups - Pick-ups: will be in Sheikh Zayed and has to be scheduled and approved by our team. Please send us an email on (hello@havenlyseas.com) with the date and time of the pickup to make sure item is ready.
- International orders: Shipping costs (excluding customs and duty fees) will be provided in the check-out page. All international orders require online credit card payments only. We are not responsible for any lost items or packages.
- All items are made with care and inspected, yet if there is a defect we will gladly exchange the item or provide a full refund.
- If you would like to return a non-defected item please email (hello@havenlyseas.com) with your order number and item description within 14 days of receiving the order. Additional delivery fees will be applied. Refunding will occur once we receive the retuned item (excluding shipping fees) and is inspected and ensured to be in original condition. Additional shipping fees will be applied to be able to return non-defected item. Item must be in original condition in order for refund to be accepted and sent.
